We understand that every client’s vision is unique, and we are committed to ensuring their satisfaction. To maintain transparency and build trust, we have implemented the following refund policy:

100% Refund on Initial Concepts

If, after receiving the initial logo concepts, the customer is not satisfied and does not wish to proceed with any of the presented designs, we offer a 100% refund of the amount paid for the logo design service.

50% Refund after Revision Process

We believe in collaboration and working closely with our clients to refine and perfect their logo design. After receiving feedback from the customer, we provide revision rounds to make necessary changes and enhancements to the selected concept. If, despite the revision rounds, the customer is still unsatisfied and does not wish to proceed further, a partial refund may be provided.

0% Refund Circumstances

Please note that the following circumstances are non-refundable:

    • Any approved design or concept that has been finalized or delivered.
    • Delays or cancellations caused by the customer’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Changes in the project requirements or scope after the initial concepts have been approved.
    • 3 or more revisions requested
